Every repair is accompanied by a detailed Service Report, this is to insure you receive a second-to-none repair, and a product we confidently put a 12 month warranty on.
Repair Process and Materials
If a specification or repair standard isn't provided, we follow the ANSI/EASA Standard AR100-2020.
We use the best materials available, these include FAG, Koyo, SKF, and Timken bearings, Essex ULTRASHIELD PLUS wire, all Class H Nomex insulation materials, Elantas Sterling U-475 EH epoxy resin for dip and bake, and Elantas Epoxylite E478 epoxy resin for VPI.
